  • ​There are many great brands out there. The ones we recommend the most are based on years of results and healthy dogs and cats. Occasionally, prescription diets are recommended based on a pet's specific needs.

  • If no skin condition is present, you can bathe your dog every 4-6 weeks. In some cases, you may need to bathe them more often than that, but no more than once a week. It is important to use Pet Shampoos (not people shampoos) in order to not damage or cause allergy outbreaks on your pet's skin. ​

  • This yellow foam usually means that its stomach is empty and the bile is causing stomach irritation. Infrequent projectile bile from your dog may be due to Bilious Vomiting Syndrome. In addition to lack of food, this syndrome may be caused by: A lack of fiber in the dog's diet.

  • If your cat is scratching furniture as a marking behaviour, then try to identify what is worrying the cat in this part of their territory and remedy it. Cover the scratched areas with a protective material and place a scratching post next to them.

  • As a general rule, pet owners will want to take adult dogs to the veterinarian once a year for an annual check-up. You should also take your pet to the vet whenever you notice symptoms of illness or injury, or if your dog displays behavior that doesn't match its normal temperament.
